Each and every translation I do takes a different amount of time depending on my current workload, the language combination and the difficulty of text. As a general rule, I can complete 1,000 - 1,500 words a day, which normally allows enough time for proofreading and editing. If you have a tight deadline, send me the text to the following e-mail: simonjobber@gmail.com (and let me know it's urgent!). I'll give you an achievable ballpark figure of time needed.
